All information submitted to creativeplacement, written or verbal, remains strictly confidential and is not shared with any individual or company without prior notification. Upon introducing you to potential clients, creativeplacement has the understood permission to discuss full time and/or freelance placement opportunities with said clients.
To provide the best representation, candidates must reveal if a prospective client has previously received a resume, portfolio or direct contact (interviewed/freelanced within the last year). Clients introduced through creativeplacement will remain creativeplacement's contact for future dealings or employment opportunities. All client introductions remain confidential. If you intend to use multiple resources such as referrals, staffing agencies, recruiters or job boards to obtain employment our policy is that our first contact introduction remains a creativeplacement client.
We operate under "first right of refusal" protocol. This means we act according to professional etiquette (not always an industry standard). We respect your decision when we mention a potential client, and the same respect should be demonstrated when you discuss introductions with another agent. [Duplication is not in anyone's best interest.] Once an introduction is established, creativeplacement will arrange all contact including resume/portfolio send outs, scheduling interviews (phone/in person), setting up freelance, and negotiating salary/freelance rates. Direct contact between a candidate and a client is not permitted until an interview has taken place or freelance has been arranged. Additional information can be discussed over the phone or during a meeting.
