Academia di Arte in Florence, then received a five year scholarship to The Royal Academy of Fine Art in London. He later spent two years at the Royal College of Art in London focused on graphic design, photography and film; then attended the Polish Film School on a one year scholarship.
Barrotti’s career is impressive. He served as DP lighting assistant and camera operator to Federico Fellini and Luchino Viscont in Italy—and later held the post of Creative Director—at HCF London, Y&R Milan, Italy; McCann, Inter Public Worldwide; in addition to JWT International and Grey Advertising, South Africa.
He is the President of Barrotti Pictures Inc. in New York City—a commercial production company—as well as a director, cinematographer, producer, photographer and writer.
Barrotti is a producer of short films, music videos and high-end TV commercials. His clients include: Coca Cola, Levis, L'Oreal, Channel, De Beers Diamonds, Bud Light, Lexus, BMW Global, Wrangler Jeans and Barilla Pasta Global.
